Insight Women's Center
Lawrence's Insight Women's Center helps serve pregnant women by offering resources, sonograms, and support. They also provide parenting classes, including one especially for future dads. FSBC Lawrence frequently provides meals during the Dad's Class and sponsors a fundraiser for Insight in between Mother's Day and Father's Day.
Insight's Meals for Dads Class
Thursdays from September 21 - October 27
Pregnancy is not just a women’s health issue. Understanding the responsibility as partner and dad is critical. Insight Women’s Center has trained male coaches and created programs explicitly designed to help men understand their role and next steps to becoming positive dads and partners.
A new series of classes will be held on Thursdays, September 21 through October 27. As a church, we have an opportunity to serve meals for these classes. FSBC will be responsible for a meal each Thursday. This meal serving 8 people (main dish, side, simple dessert), in disposable containers, needs to be delivered by 5:15 to Insight Women's Center 3210 Mesa Way, Suite C. They would prefer no salads.
